WEDNESDAYS | 6PM

What is the relationship between race and the gospel? We know the gospel has implications for all of life, but how does it inform our relationships with those around us? Are you interested in deepening your understanding of this?

On Wednesdays this summer, join us for a six-week study where we will explore six different topics from scripture and hear the life experiences of people of color in order to better understand the ways in which Jesus wants to transform our perspective and empower us to demonstrate His culture-transforming love.

We are thrilled to have Steve Johnson, pastor of Kingdom Church, serving as our primary teacher and hosting other voices as well!

Each week, we will dive into a different theme, examining passages from the Bible and hearing personal testimonies that will challenge us to think deeply about our own beliefs and attitudes towards race and racism. You'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and engage in thoughtful discussions that will help you grow in your understanding of the issues surrounding race relations, all through the lens of the gospel. You’ll also discover more of the beauty and blessedness of the multicultural diversity that is made possible through the reconciliation of Christ.

Stay after the study for our weekly Porch Parties and church-wide fellowship! See the full Porch Party calendar below.
