We believe that God has intentionally assembled our church, bringing together people with a variety of gifts and skills that work in unique ways to accomplish His work and strengthen the ministry of the church. Within ICC, we have many ministry teams that support this work. While most of our ministry teams operate on a volunteer basis, we have a few vital teams that are elected leadership positions.
These positions include our Finance Team, Staff Care Team (Personnel Team), Women's Advisory Team, and Caring Well Team. We are now beginning the process of nominating and electing the new members of these teams! Members of these teams are elected to a two-year term, so not every position is open for election this year. Click here for a description of these teams, their responsibilities, and the positions open this year. We are also providing a list of church members to help you with your nominations. Only ICC members can nominate or be nominated for these teams. We ask that you take time to review these leadership opportunities and prayerfully consider whom you would like to nominate for each position.
After you have considered whom you would like to nominate, please click on this form and submit your nominations. If you sense God leading you to serve on one of these elected ministry leadership teams, please submit your own name for consideration. Even if you do not feel personally led to serve, please take part in nominating other church members for consideration. Note: The number of nominations allowed correspond with the number of openings on our teams this year.
From the nominations received, we will compile a list of nominees for a formal vote in January.
