WE'RE RAISING $50,000 FOR OUR FAMILY MINISTRY FUTURE!
At ICC, we believe deeply in the next generation.
In this season, we’re placing renewed focus and intentional investment into Family Ministry — serving the families already entrusted to our church while creating an even more welcoming environment to reach new families across Memphis.
For years, parents, volunteers, leaders, and (especially!) our kids have dreamed about having a dedicated outdoor family space at ICC. We’ve talked about it, imagined it, prayed about it… and now, we finally have the opportunity to make it a reality.
This new outdoor play and community space will become a meaningful extension of our ministry and mission by serving a variety of needs throughout the week:
- A recreational area for ICC Kids classrooms on Sundays and midweek gatherings
- An outdoor teaching and instructional environment for classes and leaders
- A gathering space for moms groups, community groups, and family connection
- An inviting outdoor work and community space for members, guests, and staff
- A safe, beautiful place for children to play, connect, and thrive
Beyond ministry function, this project also transforms the back side of our property in a significant way. As major construction and development continue around our facility, this space provides a much-needed facelift and creates a warmer, more welcoming environment for families and guests entering our campus.
Most importantly, this is an investment in people.An investment in children learning to love church.An investment in families building relationships.An investment in volunteers serving faithfully.An investment in creating spaces where memories, conversations, discipleship, and community can flourish.
Our goal is to raise $50,000 to help make this dream a reality. This investment includes:
- New secure fencing and appropriate gated access
- Safety-focused ground cover and surfacing
- Shade protection systems
- Landscaping and beautification
- Playground equipment and play features
- Outdoor furniture and gathering spaces
- Site preparation, installation, and finishing details
