  • Celebrate recovery-

    Friday's at 6:30pm

Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered recovery program with foundations firmly established in Biblical truth. It was designed as a program to help those struggling with hurts, habits, and hang-ups by showing them the loving power of Jesus Christ through a recovery process. Celebrate Recovery offers participants a clear path of salvation and discipleship; bringing hope, freedom, sobriety, and healing through Jesus Christ. Whether it be addiction, anxiety, alcoholism, abuse, abandonment or anything else, there is no problem too big or too small that we cannot face together as a Celebrate Recovery community.  Join us Friday's at 6:30.

  • operation christmas child

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse, an international relief organization. Their mission is to provide local partners around the world with shoeboxes filled with small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies as a means of reaching out to children in their own communities with the Good News of Jesus Christ. We ship these simple gifts outside the United States to children affected by war, poverty, natural disaster, famine, and disease; and to children living on Native American reservations in the U.S.  Want to pack a shoebox with us? Pick up your shoebox this Sunday at the hospitality desk.

  • serve at st. jude target house -

    monday, october 16

ICC has been a long-time partner with St. Jude's Target House to serve their families in our community.  For years, we have provided a consistent group to offer crafts, dinner, and  hope to families. We take a group of volunteers the third Monday of each month in an effort to give kids a couple of hours to just "be a kid" and forget about the difficulties they are facing. Time at the Target House is one of the most rewarding experiences. Our ministry event begins at 6:00pm on October 16th and will last no more than two hours. The Target House is located at 1811 Poplar Avenue in Midtown. It is best to enter from the side entrance on McLean and proceed to the back of the building entrance. Sign up online.

  • Memphis Athletic Ministries-

    Friday, October 20th

Join us as we partner with Memphis Athletic Ministries Friday October 20th, 5:30pm at Greenlaw Place to love and mentor the kids of the Uptown neighborhood. There will be plenty of fun, smiles and laughter; all we need is you! You will love the opportunity to invest yourself through fun games, casual conversations, and developing relationships. You can make a huge difference in a child's life as you take time to get to know them and love them as God has loved us. You may be the very mentor they need. Our monthly ministry time with M.A.M. meets at Greenlaw Community Center in Uptown (190 Mill Avenue, 38105). Sign up to serve online.

  • SERVE internationals. help with esl - Mondays at 6:30pm

Speak English? You can make a difference! One of the unique privileges of our location is that we are surrounded by people from all over the world! We actively work to engage and minister to internationals in our community.  One of our primary platforms for ministry is our free ESL classes offered Monday evenings at 6:30pm. We are hoping to grow our ministry & programs this year.  Many volunteers are needed.  Please share this information & invite an international!

All donations are tax-deductible and will be reported year-end just as all other contributions to our church. Thank you for your continued support of the ministries of ICC in Memphis and around the world!

  • SERVE at the glenmary retirement home tuesday, november 7th

Every month, ICC spends our first Tuesday hosting Trivia Night for the residents of the Glenmary Retirement Home in Midtown. Trivia Night is consistently one of the most anticipated events for residents of the Glenmary, many of whom cannot get out on their own. It provides a unique environment where we can love, laugh, eat and spend time with others who desperately need company and friendship. Serve with us next month, November 7th at 6:00pm. Meet at the Glenmary in Midtown. Sign up to serve online.

ICC partners with Salvation Army's Purdue Center of Hope to alleviate poverty and help people truly in need. The Center of Hope provides lodging, meals, and security to women and children facing all sorts of difficulties. ICC enjoys spending the last Thursday night of every month spending time listening, encouraging, and fellowshipping with the residents. Join us at 5:30pm as we serve dessert for the women, encourage them with a brief time of devotion and discussion, and play with the kids. The ministry facility is located just across from ICC in Uptown. Please join us in loving our neighbors in need! Sign up to serve online.
